Zola is a brand of Brazilian Superfruit juices and smoothies. The juice product line, Zola Acai Superfruit Juice, is made from 100% unfiltered pulp of hand-harvested organic acai berries and contains organic guarana seed for a natural energy boost.
Zola's Brazilian Superfruit Smoothies are made from a delicious blend of nutrient rich Brazilian Superfruits such as acerola, caja fruit, cupuacu, and acai with an added boost for supercharged nutrition.
We had the opportunity to try out Zola's Energy Smoothie, Superfood Smoothie, Immunity Smoothie, Antioxidant Smoothie, and Acai Original ($2.99 - $3.99 each). My favorites were the smoothies, especially the Energy and Antioxidant. I'd have to say that my least favorite was the Immunity Smoothie since it was a bit tart. However, I like what it is good for and I could see myself acquiring a taste for it for the benefits of my health. The only juices I didn't get to try were the Acai with Blueberry and the Acai with Pineapple. Since I love blueberry and pineapple, I will definitely seek out these particular flavors!
I didn't realize until the last minute that they also have recipes for other ways to enjoy Zola. I hope to remember about this next time I try out Zola.
You can find their Superfruit Juices in natural food stores, supermarkets and food service outlets such as Robeks Juice, Caribou Coffee, Booster Juice, and It's A Grind. The Superfruit Smoothies will make their debut next month.
