This energy elixir will give you strong burst of energy for a good 5 hours. There's an initial bitterness when it hits your tongue but has no lingering tart flavor. You will love this if you love coffee, because this is what it taste like! I'm not a coffee fan at all. So I had to acquire a taste for this . I didn't go all out to add the organic soy milk or organic dairy milk that is recommended on the bottle since I'm not a fan of milk either - organic or not, it is still milk to me.

I love the fact that this is NOT coffee since coffee has many negative health effects. It doesn't have any sugar, sodium or artificial sweetener. It is made of natural ingredients. Plus, it is fat free and calorie free, and has only 1 mg of carbs and 60 mg of caffeine. Ener-Chi Cafe also promotes thermogenesis, an increase in metabolism which helps to burn off body fat.
