Review: I had the divine opportunity to try out the Shimmer Eye Pigments ($7 Each) in Celestial, Diamonds Dust and Couture Shimmer. Divine Minerals eyeshadow has very strong pigment. It doesn't fade or crease. The quality is so rich that it is hard to believe that the eye shadows are only $7. The eye shadows are fun to blend with other eye shadows to amplify your look. They can also be dipped in a clear fingernail polish wand into the powders and used as a nail polish, liquid eyeliner or blended with clear lip gloss. However, the blues and greens are regulated for use only on the eyes.
