Most multi-vitamins that I've bought from the store in the past made me feel nauseated, making it unable for me to have an appetite. However, I can take these vitamins on an empty stomach with no stomachache or nausea. I love how my energy levels increased by taking these vitamins. The overall feeling after consumption is wonderful and I haven't found anything else like this on the market. My supply recently ran out, and I've noticed a difference since I have less energy now. The only thing I have a minor issue with is that you have to take 3 capsules a day, which leaves you a month supply.

I noticed a difference in my hair within 3 weeks when I was taking the PhytoVitamins Hair & Nail 90 Veg Capsules ($18.95). Hair vitamins are ubiquitous in the market, but many simply do not work! I have never tried a hair vitamin product that was so effective and affordable. I honestly didn't notice a difference in my nails except that they were stronger than usual. These vitamins didn't encourage nail growth for me, but this didn't matter to me since my main focus was obtaining hair growth! My hair is a bit longer since I've been using this product. I've also noticed that these vitamins have a slight spicy taste when you first take them, which made the experience even more interesting.
