The Skin & Total Body supplements are much better than your ordinary multi-vitamins. While I didn't notice a difference in my nails, I noticed that it helped promote hair growth and gave my skin an amazingly beautiful glow. I also noticed that it improved my energy levels and it helped me relieve the symptoms of Panic Disorder. As a busy mom, I love the convenience of the packets since all I have to do is throw one in my handbag. While it is highly recommended to take two packets a day, I took one packet a day and felt just as great. Plus, they will last twice as long if you take one packet a day.
