I've been using this product day and night for about 3 weeks now and I've noticed a distinct difference in my lashes. I noticed where lashes were sparse, there is growth. My lashes are a bit thicker and fuller. I've even been skipping some days on wearing mascara. You apply it like you would apply a liquid eyeliner.
