Skinny eyebrows are about out like last year's skinny jeans. This product's purpose is to give your overplucked or barely there eyebrows bit of a "flair" without looking scary. I've been using the Anastasia Nu-Brow Brow Enhancing Serum ($35) for about a month now (day and night) and I've noticed quite a difference in my eyebrows - a bit thicker and fuller. Personally, I think bold eyebrows are a bit exotic looking. I have never tried a formula like this and I'm glad that this product lives up to its name for someone like me who has a tendency to overpluck at times.
