At the cover shoot for Sephora's Holiday catalog, Wishful Thinking, celebrity makeup artist Francesca Tolot created an ethereal palette kissed with illuminating hues that glisten and glow in a purely celestial way. For the crowning glory, celebrity hairstylist Oscar Blandi took hair to new heights, infusing body and shine for a look that's purely blissful.





STEP 1: Dreamy Eyes




Tolot transformed Sephora's model into an ice queen by smoothing on a powdery-blue shadow all over the lids, and dusting a lighter, pearly shade along the brow bones, inner corners and lower lash lines.

STEP 2: Sparkling Lashes





To complete these angel eyes, she layered lashes with glittering mascara and glistening crystal pearls and smoothed brows with a brow gel.

STEP 3: Cherubic Cheeks





To give cheeks a chilly winter flush, Tolot swept the apples with a rosy pink blush.

Tolot illuminated the shoulders and décolletage with a shimmering body balm. The luminescent look continued on nails with an iridescent pink polish.
